Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a driven outside sales professional to grow the turf and landscape customer base across the designated territory.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors, municipalities, and developers, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role requires strong negotiation, presentation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven success in developing new business and closing sales opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, landscape architects, municipalities, schools, developers, and other potential customers.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop project opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with estimating and operations teams.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities within CRM systems.
• Understand product costs, pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent ProGreen at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Achieve or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
