Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance tasks on assigned properties. The role involves mowing, mulching, pruning, planting, leaf clean‑ups and related duties, with emphasis on safe operation of equipment and timely project completion.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in landscape installation, a high school diploma or GED, and a license as a State Technician/Applicator where required. Drug screen and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.

Responsibilities

• Running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Apply weed control and other chemical applications requiring licensure
• Stores, transports, mixes and applies chemicals in accordance with the law
• Follow plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies
• Maintain equipment and keep areas clean daily
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently per safety policy
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and assist with other duties
