Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on assigned properties, including mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, fertilization and planting. The role emphasizes safe, efficient work to support landscape enhancement projects.

You will operate equipment, follow plans with the Crew Leader, and help keep job sites clean and organized while meeting quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED and required licenses where applicable.
• Ability to read and interpret property plans and architectural drawings.
• Pre-employment screenings such as background checks and drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Apply weed control and chemical treatments following licensure and laws.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and supplies on trucks.
• Follow plans and directions from Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites and report issues.
