Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn care, mulching, pruning and planting tasks across assigned properties. You will safely operate mowing and other landscape equipment while following project plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include chemical applications, weed control, site cleanliness, and timely completion of tasks while complying with safety policies. Prior experience preferred and a valid license helps.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to safely work alone and as part of a crew.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steer, excavator, and backhoe.
• Perform landscape maintenance with emphasis on weed control and chemical applications.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals per the law.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies on truck.
• Keep sites, vehicles, trailers, and warehouses safe and organized.
• Report problems to supervisor and assist with safety compliance.
