Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, mulching, pruning, planting, and other landscape maintenance tasks on assigned properties. You will operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes to safely complete projects, follow plans, and support the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.

The position requires 2+ years in landscape installation, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid license if locally required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe).
• Apply weed control and other licensed chemical applications.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager and maintain safety.
