Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a landscape construction worker focused on lawn care, mulching, pruning and planting, with responsibilities including safe handling of chemicals and adherence to plans. The role supports crew leaders to deliver quality outdoor projects on assigned properties.

Requirements include 2+ years in landscape installation, a high school diploma or GED, and at least a State Technician and/or Applicator license where required. Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance and chemical applications per licensure.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals legally.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Assist loading/unloading equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain equipment and work area per safety policy.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in required training programs.
