Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to join a landscape maintenance crew. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, and weed control on assigned properties, with emphasis on safety and timely project completion.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to read plans, dependable, and able to work in varying weather. Valid driver’s license preferred; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Dependable and punctual with flexible hours.
• Able to follow plans and maps of properties.
• Strong safety awareness and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Perform lawn care, pruning, mulching, planting, and weed control.
• Load/unload tools and supplies; assist Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and report issues promptly.
