Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member (Driver) to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching and general landscape tasks on assigned properties. A valid driver license is required to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.

The role involves operating equipment, applying weed control, loading gear, following plans with the Crew Leader, and ensuring timely, quality work while adhering to safety policies. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to work safely alone and produce quality work.
• Able to follow plans on a map of property.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible to weather/season.
• Communicates well; bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Licensed as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance and chemical applications requiring licensure.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals per law.
• Follow installation plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Load/unload equipment and supplies on the truck.
• Maintain and clean equipment; keep sites safe and organized.
• Report issues to supervisor; assist in safety compliance.
• Possibly transport crew to/from sites in company vehicle.
