Job summary

Horizon Distributors, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet walk-in customers, handle phone orders and will‑call service, and act as the face of our sales center.

You will upsell product solutions, load merchandise, prepare sales orders, and follow up with customers to grow their business while maintaining a clean, well‑stocked store and working with the team to deliver outstanding service.

• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center; assist in receiving/shipping.
