Responsibilities include upselling, coordinating with the team, handling loading duties, and following up with customers. The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service attitude.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 20 lb and occasionally 75 lb.
• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and assess needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell items.
• Collaborate with team and use resources to sell Horizon's value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist in loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to generate opportunities and business.
• Resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
