Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, advise on landscape products, and process orders at our Clovis, CA location. The CSR will upsell, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to help customers grow their businesses.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; irrigation knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell to boost profitability.
• Collaborate with team and use company resources to sell Horizon's value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
• Make follow-up calls to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
