Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial properties. This role provides basic tasks under supervision and helps with plant care, equipment operation, and site cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, and able to work outdoors in all weather. Training and safety are emphasized on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely operate equipment like power mowers, edgers, and blowers.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge/trimmer devices.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flower beds; mulch leaves and organic matter.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and maintain tools.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain polite, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
