Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper I to provide landscape maintenance support for a variety of properties. This role involves performing basic landscaping tasks under supervision, operating commercial-grade equipment, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and maintaining plant materials.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. Training is provided, and safety gear is required on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (blower, edger, trimmer, mower).

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge/trim using gas-powered equipment.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and health.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and trimmer along walkways and around structures.
• Maintain cleanliness by removing debris and mulching as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Report safety concerns to Crew Leader.
• Interact politely with guests and customers.
