Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a dedicated Landscaper I to maintain landscape areas across diverse properties under supervision. You will assist with basic maintenance, help operate commercial equipment, and support plant material upkeep to ensure attractive, healthy environments.

Daily tasks include turf care, shrub pruning, bed planting, and routine upkeep. Candidates must be 18+ and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate equipment like power saws and cutters.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf using power mowers, perform trimming and edging, and operate a gas-powered blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape and growth.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, beds, and near structures.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader and maintain equipment.
