Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching and landscape maintenance on assigned properties. Responsibilities include pruning, fertilization, weed control, plantings, and general upkeep with emphasis on safety and quality.

Applicants should be 18+, able to read drawings, and willing to work varied hours. Valid license is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Pre-employment checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable; arrives to work on time and follows directions.
• Follow plans on a property map and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks and chemical applications with licensure.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals per law.
• Load/unload equipment and supplies on truck.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized job sites and vehicles.
• Complete tasks safely, efficiently and per safety policy.
• Assist in training new laborers and follow project plans.
