Job summary
Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance across assigned properties. The role emphasizes safe, efficient completion of tasks and adherence to project plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
The position requires reading architectural drawings, operating landscape equipment, and potential licensure for chemical applications; strong organization and punctuality are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to read architectural drawings.
- Ability to teach and train new laborers.
- Able to follow plans as shown on a map of property.
- Dependable; punctual and hours vary with weather/season.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, pruning).
- Apply fertilizers and weed control as licensed.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate issues to supervisor and follow instructions.
