Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, mulch, pruning, planting and other landscape tasks on various properties. The role includes operating equipment and applying chemicals per regulatory standards. Must have 18+ years and a willingness to learn safety policies.

Preferred candidates hold a State Technician/Applicator license and have 2+ years in landscape installation. This on-site position emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and accurate execution of plans

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to safely work alone and display quality in work.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Conduct landscape maintenance with emphasis on spray weed control and chemical applications.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals per the law.
• Follow installation plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment, tools and supplies.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping on job sites and equipment.
