Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming and landscape maintenance on assigned properties. You will follow plans with the Crew Leader and operate equipment safely to ensure quality work.

The role requires reading architectural drawings, working with others, and being dependable and punctual. A State Technician or Applicator license is preferred where required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read architectural drawings.
• Ability to follow plans and work with Crew Leader on site.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious and honest.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for team communication.
• Candidate should have a license per local requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and perform basic landscape maintenance tasks.
• Operate equipment safely (skid steer, backhoe optional).
• Apply weed control and other chemical applications when licensed.
• Load/unload equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles.
• Follow safety policies and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist crew with project completion and site plans.
