Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10-12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance. The program provides hands-on field training, shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and leadership, plus dedicated mentorship to support professional development.

Interns gain practical experience, exposure to day-to-day operations, and a path toward future opportunities within Ruppert’s team, with a collaborative, people-first culture and local branch involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and regular feedback.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and teamwork within Ruppert Landscape.
