Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12 week internship (May–August 2027) in landscape maintenance with hands-on field training and exposure to field operations, irrigation, enhancements, sales, and leadership. You will work alongside crews, learn operations, and complete a capstone presentation while building a foundation for a career in the commercial landscape industry.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be pursuing related degrees.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and office tasks.
• Shadow various teams including Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Participate in mentorship and leadership development activities.
• Complete projects and presentations to summarize internship experience.
