Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in field operations and branch activities. You will be mentored while engaging in real projects, with exposure to Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Open to students pursuing degrees in horticulture or related fields, the program emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and networking, with a path toward potential full-time opportunities

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry and supporting a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in common software applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
