Job summary
Terracare Associates in Antioch, CA, seeks a Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew of 2–6 on commercial landscapes. You will train, direct daily tasks, and ensure quality service for clients while promoting safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial landscape experience.
- Valid driver's license for the employed state.
- Pesticide license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
- Understand basic fertilization and plant care.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
- Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, leaf pickup).
- Routinely monitor sites for quality and provide coaching to crews.
- Oversee minor enhancement projects at crew level.
- Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
- Assess equipment issues and communicate repair needs to shop.
- Supervise safe loading/unloading of equipment.
- Assist Area Manager with training and development of crews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
