LANDGRAPHICS Landscape & Arborcare Management in California is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance to lead landscape maintenance crews on commercial properties. This role oversees daily field operations, ensures quality service, maintains safety standards, and supports crew productivity in the field.

You will train crew members, perform mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and general clean-up, and coordinate scheduling while communicating customer concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a crew.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and perform outdoor work daily.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, and general clean-up.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles safely.
• Train crew members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
• Conduct daily jobsite preparation, equipment checks, and vehicle organization.
• Monitor job quality and communicate customer concerns to management.
• Assist with scheduling and keep crews productive.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety protocols followed.
• Complete basic field documentation, timekeeping, or reports.
