Job summary

Terracare Associates is seeking personnel to maintain commercial landscapes in a structured, team-based environment. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and quality workmanship on established sites.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, and operating standard equipment while adhering to company safety policies and dress code. Valid driver's license preferred and bilingual ability is a plus for site communications.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required.
• License or Certification
• Valid Driver's License issued from state of employment, preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members.
• Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning
• Safe operation of equipment, including : 21" and 36" mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator
• Basic understanding of Plant ID
• Basic hand pruning skills
• Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges
• Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance's with Monarch Safety Policy
• Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times
• Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures
