Osprey Landscape Group in California is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance to oversee daily field operations on commercial properties. You will lead the crew, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure quality service and safety.

You will train staff, coordinate scheduling, and maintain equipment and timekeeping, with emphasis on reliable attendance and strong communication in the field. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and delivering top-notch landscape care to clients

Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance experience is required.
• Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs and perform outdoor work daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, and clean-up.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles safely.
• Train crew members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
• Conduct daily jobsite preparation, equipment checks, and vehicle organization.
• Monitor job quality and report customer concerns to management.
• Assist with scheduling priorities and keep crews productive.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments across sites.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety protocols followed.
• Complete basic field documentation and timekeeping.
