Terracare Associates - A Monarch Landscape Company in Antioch, CA, seeks a Bilingual Field Supervisor to lead and train Foremen, ensuring top-quality landscaping services for commercial clients. You’ll set high standards, schedule work, and motivate crews while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Requirements include 6+ years in commercial landscaping, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and a pesticide license; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or 4 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Pesticide License required.
• Certified Landscape Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and retain Foremen to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee daily job site activities and provide indirect supervision to crews.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and turf care.
• Enforce operational procedures and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Schedule work according to priorities, crew/equipment availability, and weather conditions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets client specifications and contract requirements.
