Job summary

Terracare Associates seeks personnel to maintain commercial landscapes in the Gilroy, CA area. Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, weeding, and general landscape upkeep under the Foreman’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License issued from state of employment, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes as directed by Foreman and team.
• Operate and use landscape equipment safely (mowers, pruners, etc.).
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Follow Monarch safety policies and company dress code.
