Job summary

GW Home Solutions is hiring an experienced Account Manager for Ground Works Land Design, serving Greater Cleveland. You will act as the main contact for maintenance clients, identify enhancement opportunities, and coordinate with operations to ensure workmanship meets high standards of quality and professionalism.

This role requires at least three years in landscaping or related outdoor services, with strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple

Qualifications

• At least three years in landscaping, property maintenance, or account management.
• Strong understanding of landscaping operations and maintenance.
• Ability to build trust and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Ground Works Land Design’s landscape maintenance clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities, including mulch, plantings, drainage, lighting, turf, hardscape repairs, and seasonal improvements.
• Prepare and present timely estimates and proposals for enhancement work.
• Collaborate with production managers, foremen, and design teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
• Manage client expectations, resolve concerns, and maintain consistent communication throughout the season.
• Monitor account profitability, renewal opportunities, and service quality.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and account notes.
• Assist with client communication during winter snow and ice management operations as needed.
• Represent Ground Works Land Design and the GW Home Solutions family of brands professionally in the field and community.
