Job summary

The Account Manager at Mission Landscape Svc. Inc. ensures projects are clean, green and detailed, with punch list items completed promptly in coordination with Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians.

Reports to the Regional Manager and supports property goals. This role requires service of maintenance accounts, team leadership, and timely payroll/invoicing. Fluent English is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, along with a valid CA driver license and pest control

Qualifications

• Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written).
• Verbal bilingual language skills (English/Spanish).
• High school diploma or GED; minimum three years related Account Manager experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, handle service requests and site walks with client and Mission management.
• Manage Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians to complete maintenance specifications.
• Keep clients happy and accounts aligned with maintenance specifications; turn in payroll, invoicing and proposals on time.
• Provide monthly reports of equipment and tool inventories and truck usage.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; performance appraisal and discipline.
