Gothic Landscape, located in San Bernardino, CA, seeks a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to deliver outstanding client service, manage production crews, and grow branch contracts in commercial landscapes.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee mornings dispatch and performance, and conduct proactive site reviews. Experience in irrigation systems and bilingual Spanish is preferred; a related degree or equivalent landscaping experience is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of client and crew management in commercial landscaping.
• 2–4 year degree in a related field and/or 2–3 years landscape/horticulture experience.
• Experience with Rain Bird IQ irrigation controllers and WeatherTrak systems.
• QAL is highly preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email for proposals and presentations.
• 3 years of strong customer service, sales and communication experience or equivalent.
• Time management and organizational skills with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to write and present proposals and bids.
• Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services.
• Spanish bilingual is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and service, ensuring timely quality service on projects.
• Manage crew members including morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning workloads.
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally.
• Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve growth objectives.
• Lead the branch in growing base contracts in targeted markets and locations.
• Assist the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability objectives.
