Job summary

Mission Landscape Companies, Inc. in Santa Ana is seeking an Account Manager to service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, and coordinate with Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians to keep projects clean, green and detailed.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and supports property goals by coordinating workflows, training crews, processing payroll and proposals, and preparing monthly equipment and truck reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum three years related Account Manager experience.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service maintenance accounts and complete punch lists.
• Coordinate with Crew Supervisors, Staff and Irrigation Technicians to meet specifications.
• Manage reporting, payroll, invoicing and proposals; maintain monthly equipment and truck reports.
