Addison Group is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer in The Woodlands, TX to drive new landscape installation projects. You will own prospecting, pipeline-building, proposal development, and contract closing with property managers, developers, and commercial owners.

This hunter role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Office-based with local travel, offering base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales success in landscaping, construction, property or facility management.
• Demonstrated track record of self-generated new business.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentations skills.
• Ability to sell on service and protect margins.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of installation project opportunities.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations tied to client needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts in line with pricing and profitability standards.
• Build long-term relationships with managers, developers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
• Serve as primary contact during the sales cycle and hand off to operations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to drive satisfaction, upsell, and retention.
• Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Represent the company at trade associations, networking events, and community engagements.
• Partner with estimating, operations, and project management on proposals and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
