Job summary

ServeScape is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to lead the landscape project pipeline from initial inquiry to design-service conversion. You will cultivate relationships with homeowners, builders, and property managers while qualifying opportunities and driving revenue through precise budgeting and estimates.

The role requires 3-5+ years in the green industry, strong sales acumen, and proficiency with CRM and estimating tools.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in the green industry, specifically landscape construction/installation or design-build.
Proven experience in landscape project quoting, estimating, budgeting, and cost components.
Success in business development, sales, lead generation, and converting prospects to clients.
Proficiency with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new residential landscape project opportunities.
Build relationships with customers, partners, builders, property managers, and other referral sources.
Identify opportunities to expand ServeScape's design and installation business.
Conduct outbound follow-up and relationship-building with qualified prospects.
Own the landscape sales pipeline from inquiry through design-service conversion or handoff.
