Job summary

Exscape Group, a leader in the landscape design-build industry, seeks a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth and manage client relationships from initial consultation through completion.

You will develop accurate project estimates, negotiate contracts, oversee pipelines, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure quality and profitability while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in sales or business development.
• Proven leadership in managing client relationships and growth.
• Landscape architecture/green industry background a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and CRM/estimating tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and results-driven approach to objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales to drive revenue growth with clients.
• Guide clients through the design-build process and ensure clear communication.
• Develop accurate project estimates and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee project pipelines for backlog, in-progress and finished work.
• Foster long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with managers, subcontractors, and team members to align projects with goals.
• Conduct weekly site visits to monitor quality, schedule, and satisfaction.
