SiteOne Landscape Supply, the leading distributor of landscaping products in North America, seeks a Business Development Manager in California. You will prospect new accounts, expand margins in under-penetrated books, and leverage SiteOne resources such as SiteOne University and vendor programs.

You will coordinate with store teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues. The role requires 3–5 years in new customer sales, 1–3 years in green industry, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of new customer sales experience.
• 1 to 3 years of green industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proven prospecting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to access decision makers at client organizations.
• Experience leveraging CRM tools to manage opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate prospecting skills to identify new accounts and decision makers.
• Manage a book of business with under-penetrated accounts and expand margin dollars.
• Ensure customers utilize SiteOne capabilities including SiteOne University and Partner’s Program.
• Coordinate with Sales Support, Store personnel, and Key Account Managers for orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and report progress against opportunities.
• Use CRM to track opportunities and report on pipeline and performance.
