Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Project Services Manager in California to build and lead a regional team focused on commercial project work. The role covers hiring, training, and managing staff, with emphasis on design, estimation, and submittals to meet regional objectives.

You will coordinate with Sellers, Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers and Regional Commercial Sales Managers to align pricing strategies and respond to market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of irrigation design principles.
• Understanding of the commercial bidding process.
• Strong knowledge of industry practices and products.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow in lead sourcing, design, estimating, quoting, submittals, support and project follow up.
• Manage regional Project Services team to ensure material take-off and design production meets demand.
• Delegation and scheduling of incoming work and supervision of employees.
• Communicate with Sellers, Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers & Regional Commercial Sales Managers regarding regional & market preferences, pricing strategies.
• Identify new areas of opportunity to meet growth objectives of the region.
• Respond to inquiries, investigate and resolve errors and questions from SiteOne field associates.
• Perform administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
