Addison Group is seeking a Landscape Business Developer in Nashville to grow the landscape installation and construction book of business. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 plus commissions, with a focus on building new opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven B2B outside sales experience.
• Construction/landscape background preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills with a track record of closing commercial contracts.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach in landscape installation/construction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of installation opportunities beyond the maintenance book.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations addressing client needs and value.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligning with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors and decision makers.
• Serve as the primary contact during the sales cycle and ensure smooth post-sale transition to operations.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations and PM teams on proposals and delivery.
• Review large opportunities ($1M+) with senior leadership and local branch leadership.
