Job summary

The Budd Group in North Carolina seeks an Enhancement & Construction Manager to own the lifecycle of landscape projects, from initial handshake to final walkthrough. You will drive quality, growth, and team success as the primary on-site leader.

Responsibilities include managing client relations, closing deals, leading a 4–8 person crew, coordinating procurement and invoicing, and expanding the footprint through strategic networking with GC’s, property managers, and customers.

Qualifications

• 2-year Horticulture degree or 4+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Proven sales, project closing, and team leadership abilities.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own each landscape project from proposal through final walkthrough.
• Identify site opportunities, craft proposals, and close deals.
• Coordinate procurement, equipment staging, and invoicing.
• Lead 4–8 crew members and scale as needed.
• Grow business through networking with GC, property managers, and customers.
