The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service and leadership within landscaping, plus supervisory experience and PLANET Certification; an associate degree is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes)

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients.
• Support Account Managers in estimating, design, and client meetings, and sell enhancement services to clients.
• oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams.
• Train and develop team members with day-to-day scheduling and guidance.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work.
• Inspect properties and prepare action plans for service.
• Understand irrigation systems, identify repairs, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape health and address insect/disease issues.
• Ensure safety, policies, and proper equipment usage.
• Maintain administrative systems such as time sheets and service schedules.
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing and scheduling needs.
