Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide a landscape installation crew on design, installation, and maintenance projects. You will lead site inspections, supervise crew activities, and ensure safety and quality standards across tasks from soil preparation to planting and irrigation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in landscape install, 1 year of supervising a 2+ person crew, and experience in lawn care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• 1+ year managing 2+ person crew.
• At least one year of lawn care/landscaping experience; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and give guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and manage schedules; review charts and reports.
