J.F.D. Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Construction Salesperson to grow the business by identifying opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and turning proposals into completed landscapes.

You will prepare detailed estimates and agreements, coordinate with installation teams, stay current with industry trends, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets in a supportive team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Motivation to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate project estimates and professional service agreements.
• Ability to collaborate with installation teams to align proposed solutions with client expectations.
• Ability to utilize technology such as LMN, Property Intel, and AI.
• At least 3 years in either construction install or construction design/build sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business through existing client relationships, networking, and referrals, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet with clients on-site to discuss their landscaping needs, project goals, and budgets.
• Recommend tailored landscaping solutions and prepare accurate, detailed estimates and clear service agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Stay informed about landscaping trends, industry best practices, and competitive pricing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
