Job summary

Komplete Landscape Contractors is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to build strong relationships with commercial clients, manage service expectations, identify enhancements, and support long-term customer retention.

The role focuses on delivering services safely and efficiently, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and collaborating with Operations to ensure project success. You will drive upsells, maintain client satisfaction, and represent Komplete at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service green industry and related services such as maintenance, enhancements, turf care and irrigation.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and write sales contracts.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or similar role with demonstrable leadership skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record; state pesticide license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes new sales, renewals, and proposals to current Komplete customer base; sources enhancements and upsells.
• Sources and builds a pipeline of new customers.
• Conducts property walkthroughs with clients and negotiates contract details to create value.
• Communicates professionally with clients, vendors, and team; addresses questions and resolves issues.
• Attends industry events and represents Komplete professionally on and off premises.
• Reviews weather and plans workforce accordingly; keeps up with industry trends.
• Participates in company sales and production meetings and company events.
