Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (landscape/field services preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Directly oversee production Crew Leaders and coordinate job execution.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets, and invoicing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for ancillary sales and client satisfaction improvements.
