• 5+ years of account or operations management in landscaping.
• Strong client relationships and proactive communication.
• Understanding of maintenance practices, contracts, and scheduling.
• Ability to oversee managers while remaining customer-centric.
• Landscape Industry Certified – Lawn Care Manager (LIC-LCM).
• Valid Virginia Pesticide Applicator’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for business development within your assigned accounts.
