Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for contracted accounts in the Dayton area. You will nurture relationships, inspect properties, and propose enhancements to meet customer needs while supporting budgeting and long-term planning.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently or in a team. You will join a professional office environment with consideration for scheduling demands and customer service

Qualifications

• Horticultural knowledge is required for landscape services.
• Experience in account management and customer service is needed.
• Experience in the landscape industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and good judgement.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Inspect properties, identify problems, and proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure properties meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Develop long-term property plans and assist customers in budgeting.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs with customers.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet performance standards.
• Assist in snow operations as required.
• Present renewal and enhancement proposals on time and per standards.
• Track sales opportunities in CRM and follow up with customers.
• Represent GroundSystems at events to grow relationships.
