Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Parker, CO is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and to oversee field operations, ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction.

You will identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services, develop accurate estimates, deliver timely proposals, and coach field crews while maintaining strong relationships and achieving branch goals.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Lead and facilitate the resolution of client concerns or issues (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolio.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
