Job summary

Lawn Management Company (LMC) in Houston, TX is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to serve as the liaison between clients and our operations and management teams. You will routinely inspect job sites, communicate project timelines, resolve issues, and pursue service enhancements and contract renewals.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role combines field visits with budget awareness, scheduling crews, and ensuring quality work within budgeted hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ customer service experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related program is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between crew and customer and customer and company management.
• Proactively builds relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate expansion opportunities.
• Continuously updates customer database.
• Handles all requests, problems and/or questions and ensures resolution.
• Completes orders for job materials, ensures work is scheduled and completed, and follows up with customers.
• Meets with Crew Leaders to ensure crews are within budgeted hours and addresses properties needing attention.
• Completes routine site visits and schedules inspections.
