Job summary
Lawn Management Company in Southeast Houston is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and operations and management teams. You will monitor project timelines, resolve issues quickly, and sell enhancements, renew contracts, and assist with invoicing while walking job sites with crews.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will set project timelines, supervise crew schedules, and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
Qualifications
- 2 years' customer service experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License with clean record and ability to pass screenings.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between customers and operations and management.
- Proactively build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and expand services.
- Continuously update the customer database.
- Handle requests and questions and ensure timely resolution.
- Process orders for materials, schedule work, and follow up with customers.
- Meet with Crew Leaders to monitor budgets and properties needing attention.
- Conduct routine site visits and inspections.
