Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Vista, CA is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, nurturing long-term relationships and overseeing field operations.

You will identify upsell opportunities, prepare accurate estimates, deliver timely proposals, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations while supporting branch goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, or leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience in landscaping industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell ancillary services.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relations.
• Lead site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery.
• Manage accounts receivable and renewals.
