Job summary

Perficut is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in the local market. You will build strong client relationships, present property improvement recommendations, and manage communications across your portfolio to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service.

The role focuses on driving revenue, renewals, and enhanced landscape solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in landscape account management, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements and quality service within budget
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio
• Partner with client to promote landscape enhancements
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits and service expectations
• Lead in resolving customer problems or concerns
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals
• Ensure renewals of each current account
